A noted expert in the field of clinical psychiatry contributed to the ideas and content of The Exam Performance Program. Dr. Goulston is a business advisor, consultant, trainer and coach trained as a clinical psychiatrist who is known for his ability to help people overcome their self-defeating behaviors and their own internal roadblocks to success.

Dr. Michael Gervais

A noted expert in the field of sports psychology, Dr. Gervais develops systems and strategies for improving performance for individuals and organizations. For more than 10 years, He has applied this methodology in consulting with top sports organizations, including the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC, US Olympic Team, NIKE and Red Bull’s North American athletes.

Dr. Christine Mason

A nationally recognized expert in the areas of educational reform, 21st Century learning and leadership, mindfulness, and special education. She has served as a Senior Research Scientist, the Senior Director for Research with the Council for Exceptional Children, and the Associate Executive Director for R&D at the National Association of Elementary School Principals..

Mr. Bob Cohen [in memoriam]

Served the New York City School System for 43 years as a high school mathematics teacher, an assistant principal supervision and administration and a Deputy Superintendent for the Bronx high schools, Deputy Director for the Bronx Regional Operations Center, Deputy Executive Director for the Integrated Service Center in the Bronx and then Network Leader for Children’s First Network 104 serving 33 schools and 30,000 students.

Mr. Cyrus Hekmat

Cyrus is responsible for the daily operations of the company. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Economics from UCLA , his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law, and his MBA and Master of Real Estate Development as a joint degree from USC. His professional work outside of academia includes several years as a real estate transactional attorney at the LA office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker..
